Random check for receiving parts from sub-contractors at AQL basis - 4 percent
(MIL-STD-105D, LEVEL II)
All housing parts are 100 percent inspected
by vision.
The inspection procedure for motor.
  A. In stator winding factory -
  100 percent Q. C. ; Hi-pot test by 1500V / 1 set.
  B. In motor assembly line -
  Station 1 : Inspection for the disconnection of wiring and quality of varnish for securing the wiring no touch with metal parts to avoid leakage. (100% check)
  Station 2 : Warming up motor (burn-in)
1. Hi-pot test by 1200V / 2SEC on the first testing machine.
2. Rotating test by 120V, 60Hz on the second testing machine.
3. Starting & balance assurance for motor. (100% check)
  QC room : QC room for motor
1. Warming up the motor.
2. Hi-pot test by 1200V / 1 SEC.
3. Starting assurance.
4. Noise checking. (100% check)
The Q.C. procedure for ceiling fans.
  Station 1 : 3 speed switch.
Reverse switch.
Hi - pot test by 1200V / 1 second.
(100% check)
  QC room : Starting by 80V.
3 speed switch.
Reverse switch.
Hi-pot test by 1200V / 1 second.
Noise check.
Appearance check.
(100% check)
In sound resistant room (random check) :
  - Every half an hour for a set for inspection.
  - Assemble a whole ceiling fan for inspection the following :
  1. Starting. 2. R. P. M.
  3. Stec., AMP, Watt voltage, Hi-pot. 4. Balance.
  5. 3 speed. 6. Reverse.
  7. Appearance.c 8. The shortage of screws.
Packing assembly line.
  Inspect all parts to see if package are correct and completed.
Q.A. procedure (final inspection, random check).
  - Q. A. engineer randomly check the following from finish goods for quality assurance :
  1. Starting . 2. R. P. M.
  3. Spec., AMP, Watt, Voltage, Hi-pot. 4. Balance.
  5. 3 speed. 6. Reverse.
  7. Appearance. 8. The shortage of screws.
  9. Noise checking. 10. Temperature test.
  11. Motor lock test. 12. Blade arm bracket pitch.
  13. Switch box life assurance. 14. Drop test.
